Introduction
Thank you for choosing Twice Loved, where love can find its match more than once. Our mission is to create a trusted marketplace for pre-owned engagement rings, offering the highest quality. In keeping with our customer-first philosophy, shipping is two-step process on all orders within the United States. Sellers ship to TwiceLoved.com (which is our store Windsor Fine Jewelers) we inspect the item, then we ship the item via 2-Day FedEx to the Buyer.
Shipping from the Seller to TwiceLoved
- Shipping Time: The Seller has 7 days to send an item to TwiceLoved.com, we'll then need 24hrs to verify the item before shipping to the Buyer.
- Cost of Shipping: Sellers will need to insure, ship to us and provide the tracking number to TwiceLoved.com
- Shipping Assistance: If needed, we can generate a shipping label for you and deduct the shipping amount from the payment.
Shipping to the Buyer from TwiceLoved
- Shipping Time: We'll then need 24hrs to verify the item, then piece will be sent 2-Day FedEx to the buyer with signature required.
- Cost of Shipping: Buyers cover the cost of shipping 2-Day FedEx at checkout from TwiceLoved.com, due the cost of shipping insurance here is the breakdown of the items; $2999 or less is $40, $3000-$4999 is $50, $5000-$7999 is $70, $8000 and up is $100.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back as we are working on expanding our service range.
Packaging
- All rings are carefully inspected, cleaned, and beautifully packaged before shipping.
- Each package is discreet to protect your privacy.
Returns

Hassle-Free Returns: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund (excluding any postage fees and 10% restocking fee) within 7 days of receiving your item.

Buyer Pays Postage: For returns, customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage to TwiceLoved. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service via email to initiate the return.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number along with detailed instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality inspection, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
