Become a Seller
We protect the Seller on our consignment platform. An applicable item will receive a direct offer from TwiceLoved.com which will be honored for 30 days. Once a Buyer makes a secure purchase through our platform, the ring is sent directly to TwiceLoved for inspection. The ring is then insured and sent to the Buyer.
Step 1: Create Account and List your Item
You’ll need to create an account to begin the fast process of adding your item to our platform. If you browse listings that already exist, you can get an idea how to competitively price your engagement ring. Make your photos count and provide any documentation such diamond certificates or portions of appraisals if you have them as attached photos.
Step 2: Communicate with Buyers
We ask you to respond quickly to Buyers. Many Buyers will move on to another ring if they don’t get a response from a Seller. All communication and transactions go safely through our platform, due to this, we provide the insurance from us to the Buyer. As part of our fraud prevention, items can be removed from the TwiceLoved.com if Buyers and Sellers try to connect outside of our platform.
Step 3: Sell your Item and Receive Payment
Once an item sells, you will send your item directly to us and use a shipping method of your preference, we also suggest you insuring your item. TwiceLoved.com will inspect it and send it to the buyer. We issue payment after 8 business days from the item being delivered to the Buyer (this is past the return window), during the waiting period we hold the funds, you then choose to recieve payment via check or bank wire.
Commission Structure
TwicedLoved.com takes a commission on the final sale price of an item. Keep in mind that our Buyers pay no commission and any direct offer from TwiceLoved.com requires no commission.

Frequently Asked Questions for Sellers
-
My ring has a buyer, what do I do now?In order to protect both Buyer and Seller, we require the item to be sent to TwiceLoved for inspection and verification prior to being shipped to the buyer. We’ll provide shipping instructions and helpful tips. You may send the item with a carrier of your choice or we can generate a label for you and deduct the shipping amount from the payment.
-
Can a Buyer return an item?Yes, a Buyer has 7 days upon delivery to return the item to TwiceLoved. Our in-house gemologists will confirm that it is the same item that was listed. We then ship the item back to the Seller.
-
I want to lower my price for a Buyer, is that easy to do?Yes, you may edit your listing at any point. Any changes are immediately reflected on the front end of the site.
-
How long is my TwiceLoved.com listing active?Listings are active for 14 days, upon which you’ll receive an email to renew your listing within your account. We want to ensure that all rings listed on TwiceLoved.com are available for purchase therefore if we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will deactivate your listing. Please note that listings may be enabled again once renewal is confirmed.
-
How secure is the TwiceLoved.com holding facility?TwiceLoved.com operates out of one of the largest independent jewelry stores in America, Windsor Fine Jewelers in Augusta, GA. Our facility is secured by law enforcement and your items are stored in our vault until time of purchase.
-
What’s a Direct Offer and how is that different from the consignment platform?Being that TwiceLoved.com is operated by a jewelry store, often times there are pieces we would like to have in our showroom. In that case we will provide you with a direct offer. There are no returns or commissions on Direct Offers. Once you accept the offer, the piece is mailed to us so that our gemologists can confirm the details. Once the item is confirmed to be as expected, payment is issued.
-
How should I photograph my item?Every ring has an angle that best captures its beauty. Lead with that one but be sure to show other angles in additional images as well. Background and textures should not compete with the ring so keep in simple. Lighter backgrounds will work best as dark backgrounds can make the ring appear too light (or overexposed). Generally natural light looks best.
-
How do I stay protected from scammers? We do our best to mitigate an instance where transactions happen outside of our platform. So it is always best to use our message system and only ship to our secure facility. If a Seller tries to circumvent the platform, the item(s) are removed as well as the Sellers account.
