Orders and Returns
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a time period of 30 days of time in which you may cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel an order please Contact Us immediately. In the event that we are unable to cancel the shipment in time, the normal return policies apply.
If you change your mind about an item that you purchase, we do have a restocking fee if the item is purchased with online financing through Bread Pay, there is a 10% restocking fee
This includes all items in our online store with the exception of loose diamonds purchased from our online diamond search (explained below). Twice Loved stands behind their merchandise 100%. Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it for refund (minus the restocking fee if there was financing through Bread Pay) within 30 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All sales are final on any custom made or special order items or any items that have been engraved or modified. These types of items can not be returned.
Return Policy for Mounted/Unmounted Loose Diamonds Purchased from our Online Diamond Feed
10 days from the date of delivery for online purchases. These diamonds can be found via our Online Diamond Search or by choosing a diamond with a engagement ring from our Bridal area.
Contact us at (877) 860-1118 or by email at support@twiceloved to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your order number or include it in any email. Note: Returns arriving without an RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to sender.
We are not responsible for lost packages being returned. Make sure to include your RMA number on the ship-to address. Do not use Twice Loved, Jewelry, or anything else that might denote that the package contains jewelry.
